BREAKING NEW GROUND
This e-journal, published periodically, contains President Wicher’s personal observations gained while journeying in and around the Eastern District. It is his desire to share what he’s thinking and seeing and experiencing all for the sake of the mission of Jesus Christ. It’s also written to share the blessings we have experience here in our Eastern District.
